Food and more Food!

So 1 week after Ironman Wales and I am still eating as if I was training for an Ironman, not worrying yet.......he he.

My body feels strangely great after last week, I don't ache and I am not feeling too tired, which was a great sign, my training plan must have been spot on. I highly recommend , its for people that are looking for a programme to follow, whether its triathlon, cycling or running.

I am back training but only lightly, I swam this morning for 40 mins, it was nice just to swim and not feel like I needed to get a certain distance in.

Looking forward to running a park run Saturday, my sister doest know it yet but will hopefully be running with her and some friends.
