Food and more Food!
So 1 week after Ironman Wales and I am still eating as if I was training for an Ironman, not worrying yet.......he he. My body feels strangely great after last week, I don't ache and I am not feeling too tired, which was a great sign, my training plan must have been spot on. Kona Ironman World Champs 2019 here I come!!!
I did it! I bloody did it!!! One of my dreams has come true, all my ups and downs over the past year has paid off.
