I have been in the sports industry for over 15 years and within this time I have been involved with working as a sports massage therapist, triathlon coach, personal trainer, teaching classes and coaching other sports.

As well as enjoying my work life I also have a passion for triathlon's.

I have had the opportunity to race for Great Britain as an age grouper in sprint and Olympic triathlons which took me to many beautiful places such as Australia, Hamburg and Budapest.

I also qualified many times for the 70.3 and Ironman World Champs, my best achievement was standing on the podium for my age group at the Ironman World Champs 2019 in Kona, Hawaii. 

I have raced multiple 70.3 and Ironman races, during these I have achieved numerous wins in my age group and 1st overall non pro female at many of these events.
