Initial Consultation & Treatment £80 for 75mins.
A client history is taken on arrival, followed by as assessment of the condition/ injury this may involve appropriate ROM & muscle tests. This is then followed by a treatment. Please expect to be involved in the treatment and feed back is often needed to tailor your treatment.
Sports Massage £60 for
60 mins
(Home Visits available £70 for 60mins)
This treatment is tailored to the client and is used to release tight muscles/tension and fascia. It can involves myofascial release, trigger point therapy and various friction techniques.
