

6 Hour Trail Race Completed!
Well that was the muddest and most hillest race I have ever done! In a strange way I enjoyed every bit of it, even when it poured down, I think it made it more exciting. The night before the race I was feeling very anxious as I had never done anything like this before, yes I had completed a couple of Ironmans a few years ago but this was just running for 6 hours. The first crazy event that I am attempting this year is called 'The Crooked Tracks Wiltshire'. Its a 6 hour trail run, each lap is 5.3 miles with over 800ft of climbing. I think I might have been slightly drunk when I entered this..... In regards to training for this, I haven't, well I have a little but I have never done anything like this before so very unsure how I was to train for it. Christmas Festivites
Happy new year everyone!!! Christmas 2017 was a pretty chilled one, I finished work on the Friday just before christmas. That evening I enjoyed myself with all my work colleagues at our christmas party, I ate lots of food and laughed lots.
