So after my last moan about my hip, I have seen a physio to see what was wrong with it, and without having a scan it's hard to tell. So I rested for a week and now doing my exercises twice a day that my physio gave me to see if it can help strengthen everything around my hip as we noticed my stability around my hip was pretty poor.
My week has been busy working, training and going to my lovely friends hen party!
My fellow team mate Elles is getting married in October and sadly I won't make the wedding but so glad I got to go to the hen weekend.
We did a nice hilly 4 hour ride to where we were staying and kept busy all weekend with walking, hot tub and even some meditating.
It was very refreshing to be around such nice like minded people.
I am hoping to try and run this week and fingers crossed my hip is getting better.
